Our team began with a full pressure wash and application of a wood brightener to open the grain and neutralize weathering. After a 48-hour dry time, we applied two coats of a premium penetrating oil stain — hand-brushing all boards to work product deeply into the fibers and eliminate lap marks. All trim boards, fascia, and the pergola structure were finished to match.
